			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Manuel Rojas Congress Centre in Badajoz, will hold the celebration of the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.freesoftwareworldconference.com/" title="3rd Free Software World Conference">III<sup>rd</sup> Free Software World Conference</a>, from february, 7th to 9th, 2007 under the motto “A Challenge for Imagination”. It&#8217;s shared organization between the Regional Government of Extremadura and Andalucía is based on the collaborative agreement for the development and the promotion of Free Software and the collaboration of sector industry.</p>
<p class="content">Free Software and Free Knowledge is, for us, a challenge in all senses. It is not only a technical question, source code or computer&#8217;s software. Free Software, Knowledge, shoot us a Challenge for Imagination, where we all have access to necessary elements in order to build a free and independent development model, with no limits than our own creativity and innovation ability, contributing to the extent of freedom and the equality of oportunities for progress.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s about the hard core of the development of a sustainable Knowledge Society, free and independent, where our main role is to promote one attitude, that is sharing knowledge.</p>
<p>The Manuel Rojas Congress Centre in Badajoz, will hold the celebration of the III Free Software World Conference, from february, 7th to 9th, 2007 under the motto “A Challenge for Imagination”. It&#8217;s shared organization between the Regional Government of Extremadura and Andalucía is based on the collaborative agreement for the development and the promotion of Free Software and the collaboration of sector industry.</p>
<p>This Conference, in its third edition, has become the most important forum for presentation and for the debate of ideas, projects and experiences in Spain and one of the most important events all over the world. In it&#8217;s previous editions, held in Málaga and Mérida, more than 10,000 participants have been registered and more than 400 outstanding speakers have participated: politicians, people from telecommunications, businesses, Administration and Universities.</p>
